These terms cover the Parumbo app and its music creation service, operated by Vladyslav Prykhodko (“we”, “us”). By using Parumbo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. App license
The license for the iPhone app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms describe the additional conditions for the Parumbo service and its song purchases; they do not replace that license or your mandatory consumer rights.
2. The service
Parumbo turns song ideas or lyrics into music using automated models and online processing. You can choose musical direction, review lyrics, and listen to or export finished songs. Internet access is required for creation and purchase verification. Completed downloads can be played offline.
Results vary. Lyrics, pronunciation, timing, musical structure, and style may not match every request. We do not guarantee a particular artistic result, that an output is unique, or that it qualifies for copyright protection. Review a song before sharing or using it publicly.
3. Your content
You retain any rights you already have in the text and other material you submit. You give us permission to process, transmit, store, and reproduce that material and the resulting songs as needed to provide the service through our infrastructure and providers. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for what you submit and how you use the results. Do not submit material that infringes copyright, privacy, or other rights. Do not use Parumbo for illegal content, harassment, fraud, or deceptive impersonation, or represent a generated recording as an authentic performance by another person.
We do not claim ownership of your song outputs. Any rights in them remain subject to applicable law and the rights of others. No purchase is a guarantee of exclusive rights, copyright registration, or clearance for a particular use.
4. Purchases and song balances
Parumbo offers auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time song purchases through Apple. The app displays the price, number of songs, and billing period before confirmation. Full details are on the Subscriptions and song purchases page.
Songs from one-time purchases do not expire. Songs included in a subscription are for use within their allowance period: a paid week on the weekly plan, or one month within the paid year on a yearly plan. Unused subscription songs expire when that period ends and do not carry over to the next one. A song allowance is a right to use the creation service, not money, a deposit, or a transferable currency. It has no cash redemption value. Creating another version is a new creation request and uses the amount shown before starting.
A confirmed technical failure releases the reserved song allowance. Uncertain requests may need time to settle. Returning a song allowance is separate from a cash refund; Apple handles App Store refund requests. A reversed or refunded purchase may also reverse the song allowance it funded.
5. Access and recovery
Parumbo uses a generated account identifier and a device-held session. Keep your device secure. Restore Purchases can verify eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account and Parumbo account; it does not grant the same purchase twice or recreate spent songs. Recovery can depend on the transaction and account records available to Apple and Parumbo. We cannot guarantee that deleting the app or losing all access credentials will preserve access to every draft or song.
Export songs you want to keep outside the app. Removing a song from My Music is different from requesting deletion of server-held personal data; see the Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability and acceptable use
We work to keep Parumbo available, but creation can be delayed or interrupted by maintenance, demand, network failures, or provider failures. No fixed completion time or uninterrupted service is promised. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these terms. Do not interfere with the service or try to bypass purchase or usage limits.
7. Consumer rights and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or satisfy every artistic preference. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Apple’s purchase and refund terms also apply.
Apple is not the provider of Parumbo’s music creation service. Contact us for app and service support; contact Apple for Apple Account billing and App Store refunds.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the current version with its date here. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Changes do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
