Subscriptions and song purchases

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Parumbo offers subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple’s App Store. The app and Apple’s confirmation sheet show the price you will pay before you confirm. That price is the one that applies. Prices, taxes, and availability can differ by storefront, by offer, and over time.

Subscription plans

Subscription prices are not listed on this page. The app shows the current price of each plan before you subscribe.

PlanBillingSongs includedUnused songs
WeeklyOne charge each week20 songs for each paid weekExpire when that paid week ends
YearlyOne charge each year50 songs each month during the paid yearExpire when the next monthly allowance arrives
Yearly Lite, when offeredOne charge each year25 songs each month during the paid yearExpire when the next monthly allowance arrives

The yearly plans are billed in one annual payment, not as monthly payments. Their song allowances arrive monthly, counted from the purchase date, not all at once at the start of the year. The last monthly allowance expires when the paid year ends. Yearly Lite has a smaller allowance than Yearly and is a separate plan, not a discount for the same number of songs. It may not appear in every purchase flow.

Subscription songs do not carry over. Each weekly or monthly allowance replaces the previous one; it is not added to what was left.

One-time purchases

Prices below are current reference prices in US dollars. Local prices and taxes can differ, and the app shows the price that applies.

PurchaseOne-time priceSongs included
One song$2.491
10 songs$4.9910
20 songs$7.9920
50 songs$16.9950

These purchases do not renew, and purchased songs do not expire. You do not need an active subscription to use previously purchased, unspent songs.

Using your songs

One music creation currently uses one song from your balance. The app shows the cost before starting. Making a new version is another creation. Listening to or exporting a finished song does not use another song.

If you have both subscription songs and purchased songs, Parumbo uses your subscription songs first, and purchased songs only after those are used up.

Subscription songs are for use within their allowance period: a paid week on the weekly plan, or one month within the paid year on a yearly plan. Subscription songs you have not used expire when that period ends. Songs from one-time purchases do not expire.

Cancelling a plan stops future renewals. Your subscription songs stay usable until the period you already paid for ends, and purchased songs remain in your balance. Songs are service allowances, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

When creation begins, its song is reserved. A confirmed technical failure returns the song to where it came from: a purchased song goes back to your purchased songs, and a subscription song goes back to its allowance period. If that period has already ended, the returned subscription song expires with it. Requests whose outcome is uncertain may take longer to settle and release their reservation when the processing timeout is reached. If a late result arrives after the reservation was returned, it is delivered without another deduction. Contact support if a song or balance appears stuck.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

  • Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase.
  • Weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid its renewal. Apple may charge the renewal during the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can also open subscription management from Parumbo’s Settings when a plan is active.
  • Deleting Parumbo does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; the paid period continues until its end, including its remaining scheduled allowances.

There is no free trial unless the offer and Apple’s purchase sheet explicitly show one. Plan changes follow the effective date Apple confirms. Any price change or required consent is handled through Apple’s applicable subscription process.

Restore Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. Parumbo verifies eligible transactions and refreshes the associated account and balance. Restore does not reissue spent or expired songs, duplicate allowances, or recover songs you removed from My Music. If access cannot be verified, contact support rather than purchasing the same item again just to troubleshoot it.

Refunds and reversed purchases

Apple handles App Store refund requests. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com subject to Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law. We cannot promise Apple’s decision.

When a purchase is refunded or reversed, the allowance funded by that purchase may be removed. If those songs were already spent, the balance can have a shortfall and new creation may be unavailable until it is resolved. This does not cause an automatic extra charge. Contact support if you need help understanding the balance.
