Common questions
How do I create my chart?
Enter your birth date, exact time, and place. The time matters — even a few minutes can change parts of the chart — so use your birth certificate if you can. Innate looks up your birthplace on your device to get the coordinates, calculates your Bodygraph once, and then caches it so you can read it offline.
I don’t know my exact birth time.
The chart still generates, but some details (your Profile and a few gates) depend on the time and may be off. If you find your exact time later, edit the birth details and Innate will recompute the chart.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Your chart and its readings are computed once and cached on your iPhone, so reading your design works offline afterwards. An internet connection is needed only for specific actions — creating a new chart, refreshing daily transits, generating your AI synthesis or relationship readings, and restoring a purchase.
Is anything about me uploaded or shared?
There’s no account, and your saved people, notes and journal stay private to you. Your birth details are sent once, only to our own backend, to calculate your chart — never to any analytics or advertising company. When you search your birthplace, only the coordinates are sent, never the text you typed. See the privacy policy.
Is Innate fortune-telling / a horoscope?
No. Innate is a self-knowledge and decision-making tool — closer to a personality framework like MBTI or the Enneagram. It doesn’t predict the future, and it isn’t a medical or diagnostic app.
What’s free, and what’s in the subscription?
Free covers your whole Bodygraph — your Type, Strategy, Authority and Profile — plus saving up to five people, a daily taste, and a basic decision journal. The subscription adds your AI Complete Synthesis, every gate/channel/center in depth, full daily transits, relationship readings for people you save, and journal history. How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Innate, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore Purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Your anonymous ID syncs through your iCloud Keychain, so your saved charts come along too.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access until the current period ends. More detail is on the subscription page.
A chart wouldn’t generate, or I saw an error.
This usually means the app couldn’t reach the backend to compute a new chart — check your connection and try again. If it keeps happening, email me with your iPhone model and iOS version so I can look into it.
